Historical Import

Generates one cron per year, because Guesty's paging fails on a deep offset. Each year gets its own check-in window and its own position counter, so they can run at once.

Run name Names the crons and their position counters — e.g. NSW_Instance gives NSW_Instance_2023. Use the instance name, not a brand code: one run usually covers several brands. Trading name ID CRM record that holds the Guesty key. Offices to process Comma-separated, and must match the CRM office name exactly. One Guesty instance holds several brands — list every office you want this import to cover. From year To year What to process Run every How often each year's cron fires. Each firing processes one page of 100 reservations.

Klaviyo Historical Import

Pick a brand + its CRM Klaviyo custom view, then run it as pages of 200 records. Test on a few records first, then switch to Full. Re-running is safe (deduplicated).

The custom view ID is the number in the view's CRM URL: …/Potentials/custom-views/<this number>/edit
